Normal Thursday

So the whole write a blog everyday has slipped from under me! Lol ! Chloe and Kylee have been keeping me on my toes with dance stuff. They had to take their pics for the year and were asked to model for the company, that makes me one super proud Mommy! Chloe totally owned the place she has never been soo confident. I was kinda surprised by her, Kylee did awesome too she has her posing down pact lol!
This is one that I was able to save shhh..
As far as everything is concerned, we now have Lance staying full time with us:) Super Happy about that news his mom is well I'm gonna be nice. For her to give him to us full time and not even be the one to drop him off says more than I could ever say. So far its been days at the park and me trying to come up with other DIY things to do around the house. next project outside seating area. A Must!!

Making shorts for the girls..

Since the girls are so small waisted I am able to take any jeans that have become too short and recycle them into shorts. Simply cut them a little above the knee and fold up. They are really cute and the girls love the fact that mommy made them:) We made 4 pairs today, the girls are getting taller but are still super skinny! Lol must be nice!!! I feel like I'm getting shorter and wider!! Exercise is something I will start maybe next week!

You can do this literally to any shorts:)

My DIY Wedding

So I also came up with all the decoration for the wedding, remember I wanted go with nice rustic, pink, and as money friendly as I could get:) So I went to all the crafty stores and came up with some ideas.
For signs, there was no way I was gonna pay for something that I could make so I bought some stencils and search the backyard for some broken fence boards.
  Result..

I used a regular ol hand saw for the fence in the spots I couldn't break, and a piece of wood (get this) off the bbq pit that had fell off! lol I couldn't use the stencil for this one it was way too big soo I wrote it the best I could. (not so great)

This is them in action at the wedding:)

Pics are a little blurry I did not use a pro photographer but I think everyone capture great moments:)

My DIY Wedding

Ok... soo I became totally obsessed with the planning of my wedding.( actually still kinda of obsessed with it!) I tried to do as much as I could myself. This is what I ended up with.

                              The Shoes!
New pair of shoes from Payless on sale for $2.99.
I wanted a shoe with a not soo high heel since I'd be walking in grass. This shoe was perfect.. except I wanted Pink! So after a looks at how to change your shoes I came up with a solution and went out to buy  clear coat spray paint, A black sponge paint brush, Modge Podge and Pink (fine) glitter. Stir the modge podge and glitter up and begin coating!
1st coat.. Yikes!! Ok during this coat I used the paint brush, for the 1/2 way point on the 2nd coat I threw it out(it was sucking all the glitter up!) and used my fingers. Gross but soo much easier! Hands on! (literally)

3rd coat, I still didn't know wtd with bows!

Did the obvious only the 4th, now the heels..

Rinestone on a roll, Hello! Easy with my modge podge being the glue!

Finished up with 2 coats of clear coat spray paint. Easy with spray paint I never used it before and had freakin puddles on the shoes my hands looked like they needed a good manicure after all of this!  BaBam! Omg I Loved them!!

The fun never stops!

Whew! the fun never stops around here from the team work of the girls to the brother who is sick of all any girly things. Today I had to bring the girls to the Dr. for them to get tubes put in. Jerame had to work so my father accompanied me. This morning they were all bright eyed and bushy tailed all the way up to the moment they went to hospital room for departure! We were able to get a few smiles before they went back:)

They went through this last June so knew the procedure and knew that a nurse would come and get one of them one at a time. So of course when the nurse came in each girl pointed at the other, smart girls! Chloe the first born and alphabetically first decided that she would go first only because the nurse offered grape juice as soon as she was done. Kylee on the other hand just did not want any part of it, she held on as tight as possible to my neck as the nurse pulled her away.
My father and me headed to the waiting room sat for literally 5 mins and was called back for Chloe, she was all twisted up in a blanket crying about her head poor baby. It took a cold rag, Tylenol, and of course her grape juice to finally settle her. Then here comes Kylee, being wheeled in on a bed sitting up like she hasn't been phased! Of course she will need a cold towel and her juice to make sure has not missed a beat with Chloe. They were released and my father helped me tote one to the elevator and to the car. The girls did awesome in the car and only asked for some french fries, now after consuming their happy meals they are right back to the chaotic normal they were before. :)

Day one of many......

Well first day on the Blog scene, going to start a daily blog:) To start off I guess I will share a little of my life.

I have two darling twin girls Chloe and Kylee who will turn 5 this Aug. I am finally, after 7 yrs, married to their father, my best friend and LOVE of my life, Jerame. We just got married this March!! We also have a son, from another mother,  Lance who will be 11 come Jan.  We are basically an everyday run of the mill family with me being a stay at home mother and Jerame being the working man.
